Gender
and Diversity

Gender and diversity shape how people experience conflict, poverty, and crises, highlighting the need for gendered development, peace and security considerations. This is especially critical for people with diverse gender identities, expressions, and sexual orientations. We support you in understanding for people’s diverse and intersecting needs, in all stages of the project cycles. We employ gender-transformative and intersectional approaches, gender, and diversity mainstreaming, strategies for engaging men and empowering women, and link them to relevant policies. Additionally, we offer assistance in meeting relevant donor requirements, such as the Women, Peace, and Security Agenda, the Agenda 2030/SDGs, incorporating the Yogyakarta Principles+10 and implementing an OECD Gender Marker One or Two.
