Julia Scharinger

Julia Scharinger is an accomplished facilitator, trainer, and program manager with extensive experience engaging stakeholders and communities from diverse socio-cultural backgrounds, geographies, and institutions. Julia has ten years of experience in peacebuilding and conflict transformation with a strong commitment towards gender and social justice. Drawing on extensive academic and practical expertise, Julia complements local, nuanced knowledge with inputs from global debates and peer exchange to support personal, professional and organizational development. Julia holds a Master’s Degree in Narrative Therapy and Community Work from the Dulwich Centre and Melbourne University, alongside with Master’s Degrees in Development Studies and in Political Science from the University of Vienna. Julia is also a qualified mediator with the IMI (International Mediation Institute) and International School of Management, Augsburg University.
