Peace and
Conflict Transformation

Inclusive peace agreements have a 35% higher chance of lasting more than 15 years. This emphasizes the necessity for dedicated actors skilled in navigating conflicts and grievances in nonviolent, inclusive and transformative ways. We assist you in developoing and implementing projects centered on fostering meaningful participation in peace processes, gender and conflict transformation, peacebuilding, and social cohesion. This involves for example conducting intersectional analysis on gendered peace and security needs in immediate crisis contexts, conducting conflict analysis workshops for involved actors, and facilitating dialogue and mediation initiatives. While our primary focus is on civilian peacebuilding, we recognize the importance of civil-military coordination and therefore create opportunities for mutual learning and exchange in this area.
